"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered a hoodie and it actually showed up sooner than I thought it would. The tracking was easy to follow and updated well the whole time. It did sit for about a day before it started moving, but that wasn’t a big deal. Compared to a few other stores I’ve ordered from, the shipping felt smoother and a bit faster overall. Happy with the experience.

"To be fair, I really did like..."
To be fair, I really did like this shirt when it first arrived. The fit was nice, the look was exactly what I wanted, and shipping was totally fine with no issues.
After a few washes, though, it started to feel a lot thinner, and the stitching near the hem began coming loose. I’m not rough on laundry or doing anything unusual, just regular washing and drying.
It’s still wearable, so I don’t want to act like it completely fell apart, but for the price I expected it to hold up better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again anytime soon, which is disappointing because it looked great when it was new.

"Kind of feels like the real deal"
It seems like they really do care about the brand. It doesn’t feel thrown together or anything, at least from my experience.

"Kinda too expensive for what it is"
I mean... it’s fine, I guess, but for the price? Yeah, I don’t really think it’s worth it. I expected a bit more for what I paid.

"Fit was pretty much spot on"
I ordered a couple shirts and, because I’m annoyingly between a medium and a large, I spent way too long debating the size. I ended up going with the large, mostly because I can’t stand shirts feeling clingy, and they fit just how I hoped, comfortable without looking oversized.
The size chart actually helped, which surprised me since I usually blame online sizing charts when things don’t work out. I’ve washed them once so far and didn’t notice any weird shrinking, so overall I’m happy with the fit...

"Surprisingly easy exchange"
I somehow managed to order the wrong hoodie size, which made me wonder if I even checked the size chart properly. I expected the return to be annoying, but it was actually really simple. The exchange got started quickly, and the new size showed up faster than I thought it would. No weird hassle or endless back and forth. Happy with how it all worked out

"Really reassuring customer service"
I had a small issue with my order and emailed them feeling a bit unsure about whether it would get sorted. They replied quickly and were really reassuring the whole time, which I appreciated. They fixed it without making it feel like a hassle, and they were super easy to talk to. It actually felt like they cared, so I’d definitely order again just because the service made me feel taken care of.

"It’s an okay shirt, I guess"
I got this shirt and it’s fine, like not bad but not really great either. The fabric feels okay enough, but the stitching is kind of cheap feeling in some spots, if that makes sense. I’ll still wear it, but I wasn’t super impressed.

"Looks nice, but yeah... not super comfy"
I mean, I really did like how the clothes looked at first. The style is nice and all that. But wearing the shirt for a few hours was kind of a different story. It felt a little stiff, and the fit ended up feeling tighter than I expected, which got annoying after a while. It’s not awful or anything, just... not something I’d probably grab from my closet very often. For the price, I guess I just expected it to feel a bit better.
